Most celebrities have personal trainers or spend hours a day dancing. If you can’t afford a personal trainer or can’t spend hours a day at the gym there are a few celebrities who have workouts that you can purchase on DVD. Celebs like Paula Abdul, Kim Kardashian, and Laila Ali to name a few. Paula Abdul’s Get up and Dance workout is a great aerobic exercise that doesn’t require any equipment. This former Laker Girl, American Idol judge, and singer has another workout called, “Cardio Dance.” If you’re not into dancing, maybe you’d like to try boxing. Laila Ali and Sugar Ray Leonard have a 2 disc workout; one for beginners and one that is more advanced. Each about 20 minutes long and are really effective. Kim Kardashian: Fit In Your Jeans by Friday, has several workouts for cardio, ab work, and butt sculpting. With the right eating habits and one or all of these great workouts, you can get and stay in shape, burn those calories, and shed pounds.
