Water helps you lose weight, not to mention it has zero calories. Drinking a gallon of water a day keeps your system flushed, reducing fat deposits. When you drink cold water your body has to warm the water to body temperature, as a result, you burn calories! If you drink water 30 minutes before eating and during meals, you’ll feel full quicker. Additionally, water hydrates your skin, making your skin clearer.
2. Tea. I have grown to love hot teas of all kinds. Using Ideal, a no calorie sweetener instead of sugar.
